Trump's Family Member Gets Expert Advice from Golf Legend Woods Prior to Professional Golf First Appearance

Young golfer getting ready for major competition

The rising star boasts substantial online presence

The young golfer will have plenty of prominent cheerleaders when she starts her first LPGA appearance on Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who is related to Donald Trump, obtained a sponsor's invitation to play at the Annika competition in Florida.

Her grandfather, a passionate golfer, owns numerous international courses and regularly matches against Kai.

"He's quite skilled. I can't say much but we have competitive games," she revealed.

The golfer shared that her grandfather, unable to come, counseled her: "Simply avoid anxiety."

"He practically told me to play and have fun," she continued.

"To me, he's just an ordinary family member. He won't be there for the tournament. He's focused on presidential duties, so he's rather occupied."

Being non-professional, the golfer has competed in just three tournaments in 2024 and maintains the 461st position in AJGA standings.

Yet she's able to seek guidance from golf legend, who is dating Kai's mother.

"He represents the top athlete globally," Kai stated.

"And he's a superior individual. He suggested me to go out there, have fun, and go with the flow."

Kai will face several the biggest names in the sport at the Annika, such as second-ranked Nelly Korda, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers commented that Kai's presence brings the sport to different demographics, specifically reaching youth audiences.

The social media influencer boasts millions of followers and just introduced an exclusive fashion and living company.

She begins at late afternoon GMT.
